Case Summary

• 8-mo-old patient is referred for evaluation in the Colorectal Center.
• She was born with a cloaca described as “2 cm common channel”.
• She underwent diverting colostomy on day of life 2 but the mucous fistula had closed.
• Patient had a normal sacrum and normal kidneys.

Case Summary

• Patient presents for evaluation. She is an 11-mo-old female patient from Panama. She had an out of hospital delivery. She has no surgical history. Mother is currently pregnant again. Patient is exclusively breast fed.
• She had loose stool daily and her weight is 6.1 kg.

Case Summary

• 7-year-old presents for evaluation with a history of recto-perineal fistula that was repaired as a newborn.
• Her medical records noted that she had a urethral, bladder, and vaginal duplication.
• She presents for evaluation because of persistent stool accidents.

Treatment Options

• Patient progressed to syncopal episodes while wearing compression, likely due to large size of marginal vein

• 35yo F presents to CHCO VAC 11/2018
• Purple stain to right lateral thigh, RLE overgrowth, blebbing to foot, right buttock, groin
• Evaluated at multiple facilities throughout lifetime and received multiple diagnoses
• Has undergone several surgical excisions of bothersome “hemangiomas”

• 28-yr-old pregnant woman at 30 wk gestational age presents for evaluation because of prenatal ultrasound of fetus with concern for abdominal tumor.
• Ultrasound was repeated 6 wk after the initial ultrasound. On repeat ultrasound at 36 wk, the mass is noted to be in the pelvis, posterior to the bladder identified to be hydrocolpos.
• MRI was obtained to help identify the anatomy.

• 10-month female patient presents for evaluation.
• She was born with anorectal malformation and underwent repair that was complicated by dehiscence and stricture.

• 16-mo female patient presents for evaluation.
• She had the prenatal diagnosis of ureterocele.

• Previously healthy
• Admitted to E.R. with a 2-d history of fever and vomiting
• Right Otitis Media diagnosed in another service, treated with azithromycin.
• Developed with worsening of symptoms and bilateral convergent strabismus, more accentuated to the right
