Case Overview:
- 2-week-old female infant in 1984, referred after transverse colostomy
- Massive vesicoureteral reflux, causing severe bilateral hydronephrosis
- Initial goal of surgery was to repair the urinary tract
Follow Up:
- Follow up in 2011, patient was age 27 years
- Urine control, bowel control, and sexual funtion are normal.
