Case Overview:
- 7½-year-old female patient referred in 1985 with a complex cloacal problem
Follow Up:
- By age 10 years, patient’s urinary and bowel control were said by parents to be normal
- In December 1994, bowel to vagina anastamosis required enlarging as well as trimming of a short segment of prolapsed rectum
- 4 months later a large left-sided lymphocele was removed from the abdomen and the left kidney was removed for non-function
- Patient leading a normal life at age 35 years
