1. Case Presentation
- A 4-yr-old girl has 3 days of generalized abdominal pain.
- Abdomen is mildly tender without peritoneal signs.
- US shows normal appendix, a very thickened gallbladder without stones, and a normal biliary tree.
- CRP 28. Normal CBC and lipase.
- Mildly elevated AST/ALT/ D Bili.
- Tested negative for COVID.
