1. Case Presentation

  • A 4-yr-old girl has 3 days of generalized abdominal pain. 
  • Abdomen is mildly tender without peritoneal signs. 
  • US shows normal appendix, a very thickened gallbladder without stones, and a normal biliary tree. 
  • CRP 28. Normal CBC and lipase. 
  • Mildly elevated AST/ALT/ D Bili. 
  • Tested negative for COVID.
