Case Overview:
- 4-month-old girl referred in 1990 with a complex cloaca and prior colostomy at birth.
Follow Up:
- Menses began at age 12 years, irregularly, about every 2-3 months with moderate flow.
- A “uterine stripe” had shown a definite endometrial cavity in continuity with the colon-vagina.
- Patient at age 23 years living a normal life.
