Case Overview:
- 20-year-old female patient referred in 1987, with a history of surgery for cloaca and imperforate anus
- Her problems included bowel incontinence and inability to have coitus
Follow Up:
- Coitus became possible following the surgery
- After 1 miscarriage, a second pregnancy went to term and a normal baby girl was delivered by cesarean section
- Urine control was normal
- Patient had constipation, but no stool incontinence after surgery
- At last follow-up, mother was leading normal life
