• 14-yr-old girl presents with 3 days of lower abdominal and pelvic pain. 
• No travel or contacts. 
• Normal vital signs. 
• Soft abdomen on exam. 
• Normal CBC. 
• US shows a hemorrhagic ovarian cyst and a large upper abdominal cyst confirmed by CT scan.
