1. Case Presentation

  • A baby boy with a prenatally diagnosed left lung congenital pulmonary airway malformation and a normal chest X-ray after birth has remained asymptomatic.
  • A CT scan at 4 months of age reveals a cystic mass with a systemic arterial supply.
  • CT Scan: 4 Months of Age
  • Left Lower Lobe Cystic Mass
  • Systemic Arterial Supply
