1. Case Presentation

  • A few hours old, 900 gm baby boy born at 26 wks gestation is transferred with a Dx of esophageal atresia after a difficult intubation and inability to pass an NG tube. 
  • There is scant blood in the esophageal tube. 
  • 2 CXR's a few hours apart are shown below.
