1. Case Presentation

  • A 14-year-old girl underwent incision & drainage of a midline neck abscess 2 months prior by another surgeon.
  • The site has not healed (shown below), and intermittently drains small amounts of thick fluid. 
  • Exam shows no redness, tenderness or neck mass.
